This agreement is made between Morphius App, hereinafter referred to as Morphius, and the user of Morphius's services, whether a legal entity or an individual who places orders and/or uses Morphius's services, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.
The Customer is deemed to have met the requirements to agree to this agreement. If the Customer represents another party, that party is also considered to agree to this agreement. The primary identification recognized by Morphius as a Customer is the owner of the email used to register for Morphius's services.
Validity of Agreement
This agreement is effective from the time the Customer orders Morphius's services until the Customer discontinues the subscription to Morphius's services.
The validity of the agreement does not exempt the legal entity or individual who was once a Customer from the consequences of using Morphius's services in violation of laws and regulations.
Service Agreement
In the use of Morphius's services, the Customer is deemed to have read and agreed to the Service Agreements corresponding to the services used, which include:
- Hosting service agreement.
- Domain Service Agreement.
- Privacy Protection Service Agreement.
- VPS Service Agreement.
Service Policy
In using Morphius's services, the Customer is deemed to have read and agreed to the following Service Policies:
- Billing Policy.
- General Agreement.
- Service Usage Policy.
Customer Rights and Obligations
The Customer has the right to receive Customer Support to assist in using Morphius's services through:
- Phone
- Chat
The Customer must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The Customer must adhere to industry standards related to Morphius's services, such as ICANN, IANA, and others.
The Customer must always update their information with valid, current data. Morphius is not responsible for service disruptions caused by invalid customer data.
The Customer data that must be updated includes:
- Email address
- Full name
- Address
- Postal code
- City
- Province
- Phone number
- Mobile phone number
Customer Support
Customer Support refers to the assistance provided by Morphius to help customers facing difficulties with the services. The scope of Customer Support includes:
- Assisting the Customer with difficulties using the service.
- Addressing technical issues on Morphius's side that disrupt the service. Customer Support does not include: disruptions caused by third-party issues, such as ISP problems, errors on the Customer's side, such as incorrect or insecure scripts, and leakage of confidential information on the Customer' side. Morphius reserves the right to impose additional charges for certain support services outside the defined scope.
Tax Policy
VAT and Invoice Requests: Invoices can only be issued after payment, and the Customer's tax ID must be registered in the system.
PPh 23 Deductions: Business entities may deduct 2% for PPh 23 and must send proof of deduction by the 25th of the following month.
Agreement Changes
Morphius reserves the right to modify the agreement unilaterally without prior notice. The Customer agrees to any unilateral changes made to the agreement.
Violations and Sanctions
In case of a violation of this Agreement, including the Service Agreement or Service Policy, Morphius reserves the right to terminate services permanently or temporarily without obligation to compensate for any losses suffered by the Customer due to the termination.
Disclaimer
The Customer or any other party cannot claim compensation for losses related to the use of Morphius's services. Morphius is not responsible for any legal violations committed by the Customer using its services.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mutual deliberation.
